It may not be summer just quite yet, but the temperatures here in Southwestern Virginia are rising! Naturally, when it's hot out, cool frozen desserts rise in popularity along with the temperature. :) Today's featured recipe is from Kraft Foods, and it's long been a favorite of mine. Several years ago, while in culinary school, I had the privilege of teaching summer camp cooking classes to large groups of children. While chasing after 20+ children in a commercial kitchen was exhausting, it was also incredibly rewarding, and it's probably the best job I've ever had (besides writing this blog and being a stay-at-home wife!).
I recently came across my folder of recipe printouts from the classes I taught, and this recipe was sticking out in the front, just begging to be shared. So of course.. I've got to share!
