Chocolate Gravy Recipe

A few years ago, when I first heard of chocolate gravy, I was perplexed. What IS chocolate gravy? Is it actually chocolate, or is that referring to the color of the gravy? And then, at a fateful Christmas party, I had it...and it is amazing! (And yes, it's chocolate)

Perfect over biscuits, pancakes and more, it's decadent and rich, but without too much fat. I could probably drink it straight.. (Oh, who am I kidding, I did that just a few days ago!)

So I decided to introduce ya'll to chocolate gravy. Now, I didn't take any pictures...mostly because I was too excited to eat it... but here's the recipe I used: Southern Style Chocolate Gravy
